Pre-Registration is required. Space is limited. All classes are subject to a minimum and maximum registration.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
We will NOT be providing before or after care for this summer’s camp sessions.
We will NOT be permitting parents to sign out their kids for lunch. Campers must stay signed into camp for the duration of the day (unless they need to go home early due to illness or special circumstances).

CANCELLATION POLICY:
The AGH reserves the right to cancel classes to meet minimum enrolment numbers. If minimum enrolment is not met, a full refund will be provided.

Activate Game Experience

2030 Appleby Line

The price of admission is $25 per player, plus tax. This includes 75 minutes of gameplay and full access to the facility. A deposit of $5 per person is required when booking. The remaining amount is due on the day of your booking.

Games are played in teams of 3-5. Groups of two players are welcome but must pay for three admissions. Games are designed for at least three people, so expect this experience to be more challenging.

Barn Door Studio Private Workshops

A booking is needed prior to the workshop. To book a private party all they require is a minimum of 6 people and a maximum of 8, with the current social distancing standards in place. A $88.50 +tax deposit is require to secure a date which is deducted from the cost of the deposit payers project so any difference is either refunded or difference to pay depending on the cost of their project and all other attendees pay for their project in full on the day.

LOCATION
Drop Off and Pick Up: Drop off window is 9:00 – 9:30 AM with PA Day programming starting at 9:30 AM. Programming will end at 3:30 PM. The pick up window will be from 3:30 – 4:00 PM.

All classes are held in the Education Centre at Oakville Galleries in Gairloch Gardens, 1306 Lakeshore Road East, located 2 km east of downtown Oakville.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Requests for a program registration cancellation that are eligible for a full refund must be made at least 14 days or more prior to the start date of the program. There are no refunds for cancellations requested less than 14 days before the program begins.

All refunds requested by registrants may be subjected to a $25.00 administrative charge.
