With passion and zeal, she and her team have created a beautifully designed Bistro with traditional recipes, friendly service, and an eclectic atmosphere. All in the 100 year old Landmark home on the 4 corners.

Dedicated to fresh, local ingredients, the team at Cascata offer up the traditional flavours of authentic Italian cuisine with a twist. We believe in farm to table, and are proud to subscribe to the 100 mile market supply philosophy where our menu allows. Our market menu offers variety on a daily basis to ensure only quality fresh ingredients are used.
