Day 1
Morning: HAMILTON
Fuel up at Vintage Coffee Roasters with a cup of freshly brewed coffee made from ethically sourced beans and house-made pastry.
Then explore a few of Ontario’s 150 waterfalls located in Hamilton. Drive up the Niagara Escarpment to view Albion Falls, Felker’s Falls and Devil’s Punchbowl, all located within a few minutes of each other!
AFTERNOON: HAMILTON
After viewing the beautiful waterfalls, kick up your feet in Stoney Creek at family-owned Puddicombe Estate Farm, Winery & Cidery and enjoy their delicious home-grown pear cider or wine with a home-cooked lunch.
Visit the Art Gallery of Hamilton to view art made by a diverse group of international and Canadian artists. The exhibitions seek to open eyes to social, economical, and environmental issues through art.
EVENING: HAMILTON
Have a delicious, casual dinner at Bardō. The business works closely with local farmers and sustainable food importers to ensure the highest quality in their dishes.
Finish the night at Merit Brewing with some live music and some craft beer. The brewery is a social business leader in their practices and giving back to their community.

DAY 2
MORNING: HAMILTON
Leave the Sheraton Hotel and stop by Detour Coffee for a fresh cup of ethically-sourced, organic coffee and breakfast before driving up to Dundas Valley Conservation Area to explore one of Canada’s last few remaining Carolinian forests.
AFTERNOON: HAMILTON
Recharge from a morning of hiking at Shy’s Place, a welcoming restaurant in an 1896 heritage home. Each dish is made from scratch from fresh, seasonal ingredients.
Come discover over 1,000 exotic bird and animals at African Lion Safari. Known for their conservation programs, the animals roam freely through seven distinct Game Reserves mirroring their natural habitats and always promises a fun day out for the family.
EVENING: BRANTFORD
End the day with a dinner at Sociable Kitchen + Tavern, a restaurant focused on the community with a large plant-based menu.

DAY 3
MORNING: BRANTFORD
Have breakfast in the heritage district of Brantford at Altitude Coffee Roasters, roasters that have a passion for better coffee and practice ethical sourcing with great care.
Then drive to Woodland Cultural Centre to learn of the Hodinohsho:ni people of the Eastern Woodlands through innovative exhibitions and programs.
AFTERNOON: BRANTFORD
Head to The Healthy Rabbit for a sustainable lunch that promotes healthy living and fuel up for some exercise, or some serious shopping!
Get on the water with Grand River Rafting Company or Grand Experiences Outdoor Adventure Company and experience the Grand your way. Canoe, paddle or kayak as you behold the water’s splendour and make your way to Paris. Note that pre-registration is required for these activities on the Grand River.

Finally arriving at Paris, Ontario’s Prettiest Little Town, have dinner at The Cobblestone Public House, where all ingredients are sourced as locally as possible, the meat is never frozen, vegetarian options and everything is made from scratch.
Explore the local shops to buy anything from loose tea to chocolate to Christmas ornaments. If a little desert is in order before 9pm, visit What’s the Scoop? for an ice cream and sit by Penman’s Dam to bask in the peacefulness of the Grand River flowing by.
