Toronto food and travel blogger Solmaz from The Curious Creature visited Milton, Ontario this fall and has 5 great trip ideas to check off your bucket list!

Oh that fall bucket list — pumpkin patches, wagon rides, fall colours, warm apple cider, farm visits etc. etc. etc. I don’t know about you guys, but I do my very best to squeeze in as many fall activities as I can during the ephemeral season. And each year I try to explore a different region — often inspired by your recommendations or press releases that end up in my inbox. This year it was the latter: I saw an email with the subject line “Pumpkins After Dark” and knew it was something I just had to experience. So, wrapped in the coziest of scarves and with toddler in tow, I went on a fall weekend getaway to Milton in partnership with Attractions Ontario and the Heart of Ontario. The itinerary was one that surprised me and checked off a lot of our fall bucket list so I thought I’d share it and hopefully inspire you to visit Milton this fall…
