Below are the steps we are taking at Copetown Woods to keep guests and employees safe at all times:
- Tee Times for THREESOMES AND FOURSOMES can be booked online
- Tee Times for TWOSOMES and SINGLES must be booked over the phone
- Pre-purchased Green Fee Package tickets are now being accepted
- Golf Carts are now equipped with clear vinyl dividers, allowing two riders per cart
- No club rentals
- Golfers may arrive at the golf course 30 minutes before their tee time
- 30 minutes prior to their tee time, groups will have access to the Driving Range and will be provided with a specific section of the tee-deck to ensure physical distancing
- 10 minutes prior to their tee time, groups will have access to the putting green for 10 minutes and only one group at a time will be allowed at one time
- Our Player’s Assistant will tour the golf course to ensure players are practicing physical distancing
- We have turned cups upside down to ensure the ball is easily accessible near the top of the cup
- We have removed bunker rakes and ball washing stations around the course
- Increased sanitation in public spaces and commonly touched areas including carts
- Educating staff on effective hand washing techniques
- Our Beverage Cart and Halfway House are both operational
- Our NEW 1700 sq ft Patio is now open (reservations required)
