The Wayne Gretzky Sports Centre is the hub for sporting activities in Brantford. This fact, combined with over a million visitors each year, makes it the ideal home for the Brantford and Area Sports Hall of Recognition. Brantford and the surrounding area have been home to numerous Olympic athletes and many others who have achieved national and international prominence in their sport.
The Brantford and Area Sports Hall of Recognition is a 3,000 square foot space which proudly recognizes our hometown heroes through features such as Inductee artifact and memorabilia displays, Honour Wall of Recognition, Interactive Inductee touch screen zone, Trivia Game and Broadcast Booth as well as a Mini Theatre and Wayne Gretzky tribute area.
