MYndful Movement: Stretch, Gentle Yoga, Qigong, Mindfulness

Join our community for a weekly practice in movement of breath, body and mind for a healthier, happier, more connected life. These weekly sessions of gentle Mind-Body connection will bring you energy and vitality.

Ease-filled stretches will up-level your whole-body health. Gentle Hatha Yoga will improve mobility while connecting movement to breath for stress relief and energy. The gentle practice of Qigong will strengthen and tone the body and mind from head to toe without pressure or discomfort.

We’ll braid mindfulness throughout to strengthen positive thought patterns. Beautiful music, a welcoming atmosphere, and social connection are sure to uplift. Beginners will grow in their new experiences. Advanced movers will deepen their practice.

All you’ll need to bring is your mat, your water bottle, and your awesome self.

Prefer to join us virtually instead? No problem. Our live stream will bring you to our community live while you stay in the comforts of your home.

No experience required. Everyone welcome!

The classes are growing weekly and the social time after class is amazing. Come be apart of this massing weekly group!

About Your Instructor – Deb Taylor

It is in gratitude that Deb Taylor joins JCHAC  once again to share a MYndful Movement weekly practice with you. Deb’s mission: to shine a light on best practices of these beneficial mind-body techniques for a healthier, happier life.
