Spooktacular is a unique Halloween experience that blends haunted fun with education, offering a chance to learn about the environment and wildlife. We encourage you to come in costume and capture your memories at one of our Halloween photo stations!

Register to bring your little ghouls and goblins for a night of spooky fun that incudes:

• NEW! Case of the Missing Pumpkins scavenger hunt for tasty Halloween treats
• A trip through the Haunted Barn
• An illuminated forest Night Walk Trail
• A guest appearance from the Mountsberg snakes and owls
• Visiting the farm animals at the barn
• Campfires
• Playing in the natural playground

For an extra special experience, guests can pre-register for:

• A wagon ride with our ghostly driver through the deep, dark woods
  NOTE: For the safety of the horses and the animals who share the forest with us, dogs are not allowed to join and this ride does not include additional lighting or displays. Depending on weather, a tractor may be uses to pull the wagon.
• Hot drinks and s’mores
• Sweets, treats, and kettle corn from KabZza Canada!

There are no “jump scares” at Spooktacular, but we recommend you come prepared with flashlights to help navigate dark areas. Furry friends are welcome to attend the event, excluding wagon rides. We kindly ask that dogs remain on leash at all times and away from Mountsberg’s live animals in the animal barn, snake room, and Raptor Centre.
