Cooking Classes with the Burnt Tongue

Join Chef Daniel Robinson at our Westdale location for our hands on, in-depth cooking class and learn to make Burnt Tongue soup like a professional. Experience the cooking process and evolution of a soup from start to finish as Chef teaches peeling, chopping, dicing, sautéing, braising, stewing, puréeing, thickening, seasoning, garnishing, tasting, critiquing, and shares tricks of the trade. No experience necessary – enthusiasm is all you need!

• Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions and enjoy each soup after it’s made

• Each participant will take home a half litre of soup that they helped make during the class

• Classes are BYOB – participants are welcome to enjoy a beverage while cooking

Multiple dates available with different soups being made during each class.

 

Dates and time: January 6th, January 27th, February 3rd & February 24th at 6pm Price $65 *Price listed is per person and includes HST. Please adjust quantity if booking for multiple guests.
