    Spencer Adventure

    The Spencer Adventure is a day full of experiences as you hike from Dundas Peak along Spencer Gorge. You’ll see Tew’s Falls, the tallest waterfall in Hamilton, as you follow Spencer Creek seeing the ruins of mills and dams along the way.     Webster's Falls Walk

    The Webster’s Falls Walk is an 8-kilometre hike that takes about three hours to complete. Highlights of your journey will include a 22-metre curtain waterfall, a historic family burial site and a cobblestone bridge crossing Spencer Creek.

    Iroquoia Walk

    The Scenic Iroquoia Walk is a 3.7-kilometre hike that will take just over an hour to complete. The route will take you past seven waterfalls, including Scenic Falls, a 20-metre ribbon cascade and Princess Falls, which is particularly magical in the winter when it freezes.

    Great Smokey Hollow Walk

    The Great Smokey Hollow Walk is a 10.2-kilometre hike that takes about three and a half hours to complete. The waterfalls showcased on this route are Great Falls, a terraced, ribbon falls that is 10 metres high and 5 metres wide and Upper Cascade Falls.

    Felker's Falls and East Mountain Waterfall Walk

    The Felker’s Falls and East Mountain Waterfall Walk is a 4-kilometre walk that takes about one hour to complete. Hikers will experience Felker’s Falls, a 22-metre ribbon waterfall, from above and below as well as Glendale Falls, and Buttermilk Falls.

When exploring our region’s trails, waterfalls and conservation areas, please follow posted safety rules, stay on marked trails and do not climb or bypass fencing. Stay at least a body length away from escarpment and gorge edges and always be alert for potential hazards such as falling rocks and slippery rock surfaces.
