Join us at Kelso Conservation Area for Yoga in the Park on Thursdays, starting August 13th, from 7-8pm. Modo Yoga Milton will share a class that is both accessible for beginners, with precise instructions around the poses, sequences and breath, and enjoyable for intermediates, with opportunities for more challenging modifications.
– Bring your own yoga mat
– We can accommodate a class size safely and within public health guidelines of up to 100 people.
– Reservations are required.
– In the event of inclement weather, an email will be sent notifying of class cancellations.
– Participants are reminded to arrive 15 minutes before class time to check-in.
– Masks are recommended but not required. Participants will be spaced out to adhere to public health guidelines.
– Prior to participating in the program, every person must complete the Ontario Ministry of health self assessment for Covid19, if you do not pass the assessment you should not visit the event site.
