Louise Vien focuses on lengthening the spine, extending and opening the body, and quieting the mind through stretching poses, breathing and grounding exercises. Suitable for all levels. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat. You may bring your personal yoga blocks and belts if needed. Each class is sold separately and takes place outdoors. In the case of inclement weather, class is cancelled. Meeting location is emailed prior to each class.
