Join RBG for a unique experience that allows you to taste, learn and experience the history of chocolate. Joined by ChocoSol, a learning community and social enterprise which prides itself on transparency – we will learn about the ecology of forest gardens, how the terroir influences flavour, and how cacao is produced sustainably. We’ll end the session with a chocolate tasting of fair-trade and organic chocolate, Mexican style drinking chocolate and music.
