Our Toddler Days program is back! The program takes place at Joseph Brant Museum from 10:30am to 12:00pm on Wednesday mornings from February 1 to May 24. The cost is $10/child (accompanying adults are complimentary). Each session is a different theme. The program is designed for children ages 2 – 4, pre-registration is required.

February 1 – At the Zoo
We’re going to the zoo today! We’ll go on an animal scavenger hunt, follow animal tracks, and enjoy some zoo trail mix.
February 8 – Fruits & Veggies
We’re all about healthy fruits & veggies today! We’ll make a yarn-wrapped carrot, try stamping with fruits, sing the vegetable song.
February 15 – The Little Mermaid
Join us under the sea! We’re making trident wands, a paper plate seashell, and listening to a story about The Little Mermaid.
February 22 – Forest Animals
We’re making lots of new forest animal friends today! We’ll make our own bird beaks, play the owl listening game, and match different animal prints.
March 1 – Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star
Of course we’re singing “Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star” today! We’re also making pom pom star shooters, and a constellation snack.
March 8 – Pirates Arr matey!
Join us on our pirate ship as we play “Pin the Patch on the Pirate,” make a stained glass treasure chest, and listen to a story all about pirates.
March 22 – Music
We’re making music today, as we try a quiet and loud activity, craft some egg shakers, and play freeze dance!
March 29 – Eric Carle Day
We’re enjoying our favourite Eric Carle characters today! From the Very Hungry Caterpillar, to Brown Bear, Brown Bear.
April 5 – Circus
We’re at the circus today! We’ll play some carnival games, make lion masks, and enjoy some balloons.
April 12 – Beach Day
Bring your sun hat – it’s beach day today! We’ll play an “I Spy” game, make pool noodle boats, and everlasting sandcastles.
April 19 – Dinosaurs ROAR!
The dinosaurs are here! We’re going to play a “triceratoss” game, make salt dough fossils, and colour match some dinosaurs.
April 26 – 1980s
Oh yes – they’re back! We’re in the 1980s today. We’ll enjoy Rubik’s cube cupcakes, try a mousercise workout video, and dance to some “gnarly” tunes.
May 3 – Somewhere over the Rainbow
Join us over the rainbow! We’re making edible rainbows, colour sorting, and listening to a story about rainbows.
May 10 – Frozen
We’re visiting Arendelle today! Do you want to build a snowman?? We will! We’ll also go Olaf bowling, and make some instant snow, just like Elsa.
May 17 – ABCs
We’re practicing our ABCs today! We’ll match some alphabet pasta, feed a monster letters, and sing the alphabet song.
May 24 – Teddy Bear Picnic
Today’s the day the teddy bears have their picnic! Bring your favourite teddy bear along to enjoy a matching game, a song, and of course, a picnic.
