Sourdough for Beginners

Come and learn the simple satisfaction of making your very own sourdough bread at home. This course will cover: the health benefits of sourdough vs. commercial yeast; how to make a simple and delicious loaf of white sourdough from start to finish; creating and feeding a sourdough starter; sourdough starter survival tactics, including how to bring back a starter you think is dead; how to achieve the perfect crust; how to manipulate temperatures to make sourdough fit into a busy life; helpful tips and tricks!
