Wednesday, July 13; 6 to 8 p.m. – Caring for the Garden: Learn to mulch, stake, trim, weed, water, and train your pants to grow vertically. There is much to do mid-season! Discuss organic pest control methods and succession and companion planting to get the most out of your space.
Wednesday, August 17; 6 to 8 p.m. – Harvesting from the Garden: It’s time to reap what you’ve sown! Explore the hows and whens of best-harvest practices for veggies and herbs, ways to extend your growing season into the fall months, and tips on saving seeds for the year ahead.
