Each evening, local Chef Nicolas Scime instructs a hands-on cooking class with full participation with registrants. While he demonstrates the evening’s recipes, participants team up to prepare a delicious two-part meal — an entrée and dessert. Please register with a partner to prepare, cook and share the entire meal with. Please bring your own knife, cutting board and towel.
