Experience a “face to face” encounter with the Six Nations, the Haudenosaunee of Southern Ontario. Enter their Grand River Territories… paddle with them down the Grand River. Join this relationship event… and re-polish the chain of friendship.
The Two Row on the Grand is about Good Minds… Good Words… Good Actions. Each day on the river the group travels in two lines representing the Allies and the Haudenosaunee Nation.
This unique nine-day cultural paddle with the Haudenosaunee paddles over 100 kilometers… camping along the way. The journey starts one hour west of Toronto, in the city of Cambridge, ending at Port Maitland, on Lake Erie. This Indigenous paddle has the option to paddle for a day or as many days as time permits.
The cost of participation is $60 per day per participant and $45 for children. Covers food, camping, and logistical support.
Participation cost does not include canoe or kayak or camping equipment.
