Culture Days is a national celebration of arts and culture. At the end of each September, millions of people attend thousands of free participatory arts and culture events across the country. Culture Days programs invite the public to get hands-on and behind-the-scenes to highlight the importance of arts and culture in our communities. In light of COVID-19, this year’s celebrations have again been extended to a 4-week run held indoors, outdoors and online.
The purpose of Culture Days events are to provide the public barrier-free opportunities to participate in arts and cultural experiences, with the aim of inspiring continued future involvement in the cultural life of local communities.
The event kicks off on September 24th and runs until October 24th. Culture Days is invites everyone to experience the local arts whether it be in person or virtual. There’s sure to be something for everyone!
