    The Canada 150 Mural Mosaic is a national project created by Albertan artists Lewis Lavoie, Paul Lavoie and Phil Alain. Burlington was chosen to have one of the Canada 150 murals as part of the national 150 anniversary celebrations. Burlington’s mural will feature the Burlington Teen Tour Band, as voted by the public and will be featured on the project's website where the 150 completed murals will be virtually joined together and displayed.The City of Burlington will be participating in the Canada 150 Mural Mosaic project through its public art program. The mural will be made up of 400 individual tiles, painted by Burlington residents which will be joined together to create a large mural designed by the artists. The unveiling will take place on July 1st 2017.

    Join Brantford’s biggest celebration with a free rock concert and amazing fireworks display to celebrate Canada Day 150. The full day of events and entertainment schedule will be announced at the Ontario 150 Launch Event on May 18.

    The day will be nothing short of spectacular as residents are invited to celebrate their pride for the nation at Brantford’s Canada Day 150 Celebration.

    Main Stage Entertainment & Headliner presented by OLG: The Main Stage and Young Canadians Stage Entertainment and Headliner will be announced on May 18.

    Great Canadian Eats: Come hungry! You won’t go hungry with dozens of talented local food vendors and hundreds of choices available from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., presented by Rogers TV.

    Brantford’s Rotary Beer Tent: The Rotary Beer Tent will be open from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. for those 19 years of age and older. Please respect the Smoke-Free Ontario Legislation, which maintains that smoking shall not be permitted in the tent, or on the field area of Lion’s Park.

    Campbell's Amusement Midway: The Campbell's Amusement Midway will be open from 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Tickets are available for $3.00 per ticket or choose an unlimited ride bracelet for $25.00

    Campbell's Amusement KidZone: The Campbell's Amusement KidZone will be open from 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.

    The Marketplace: The Shopping Marketplace presented by Rogers TV, is open from 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. From fashion to housewares and so much more, the marketplace will be your one-stop shop. Support your local merchants as you find unique items to take home. 

    'Made in Ontario' Indoor Exhibit: Discover some of the most interesting Ontario-based showcases featuring exhibits from Ontario history, automobiles, manufacturing items, interesting provincial facts and more inside the arena from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. If you have a club or group you want to be featured FREE of charge, please submit your application for review before June 9, 2017.     Enjoy a memorable outdoor performance at the band shell on the grounds of Fieldcote Museum.  Celebrate Canada's 150 Birthday with special guest MICHAEL DUNSTON. 

    Juno-winning Canadian jazz stalwarts, bassist Paul Novotny and Robi Botos welcome the award winning jazz-soul vocalist Michael Dunston, celebrating Canada's 150th birthday with music and stories that treasure Canadian culture and community.  They will perform songs from their acclaimed recordings, Movin' Forward and Look Ahead, s well as music prepared for the occasion.  Joining them will be internationally recognised Ethio-Jazz drummer, Daniel Barnes and the astonishing saxophonist and vocalist, Alison Young.  Happy Birthday Canada!
